On-site/Hybrid Level II/III Technical Support Analyst Internal Solutions Center escalator for issues requiring face-to-face or deskside troubleshooting , investigation or resolution at local sites. Conduct advanced end-user technical resolution on items such as PC hardware and software issues; perform software installations and upgrades. Provide basic and advanced support duties for applications, network, server and security functions locally. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks locally. Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware or software faults. Replace hardware as required on infrastructure equipment in the local site. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system in the local sites. Support the roll-out of new applications globally and in the local sites.
