Job Description TechCollective is a worker owned Managed Services Provider, supporting businesses and nonprofits in the Boston area and beyond. This role is split between remote and on-site work supporting our clients, so travel around the Boston area is required. Applicants must also be comfortable speaking to clients in person as well as over phone and the occasional video conference. Our goal is to create the type of business that we want to work for. We provide a casual, flexible work environment, primarily from home-based offices, as well as the opportunity to learn and gain experience in a variety of areas within the I.T. universe. Additionally, because TechCollective is a worker-owned business, applicants could eventually find themselves on a path to equal ownership of the company itself.
