. Position Summary The Senior Compensation Analyst provides in-depth analytical support and program administration in the areas of commissions, incentives, market pricing, and FLSA compliance. The Senior Compensation Analyst will also provide reccomendations, develop new models/programs, and create or enhance systems to further the goals of the company and specific business unit. Supports various stakeholders from Business Unit, Finance/Accounting, Workday/IT, Company Leadership, and Director of Compensation.
