**Description:**This group of Customer Service Representatives will be working in the Consumer department. The Consumer department handles inbound calls from individual customers that are calling in from the website telephone number and looking to make a purchase, ask questions regarding product availability/information and even to address complaints.The Consumer department is not your stereotypical call center as it is focused on the customer experience. The CSR is expected to build a relationship with the customer from the start of the call and the end goal should be that the customer is completely satisfied and enjoyed the experience no matter what. The underlying objective of every call should be to understand not just what they are looking for but why they need it, i.e. vacation, work, hobby, exercise, etc. CSR's do this by building as much of a relationship as possible with the customer by using the customer's name throughout the call and maintaining a positive "can-do"...
