Harrison Gray Search has partnered with an established, elite insurance brokerage seeking a Client Executive for their Private Client book of business.
Purpose of the Role
Account Executives are responsible for consulting and managing the personal risk aspect of the Private Clients accounts. This involves driving new business initiatives (upsell), maintaining existing customer relationships and meeting both production and retention goals as set forth by management each year.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitors the retention of renewal business satisfying a renewal rate of 94% or higher • Act as the first point of contact for claims reporting and providing client with white glove service – including loss prevention advice and communication with insurance adjusters for the life cycle of each claims
