Aerotek is hiring Remote Customer Service Reps for a Client in Montoursville, PA. Applicants can live anywhere in Pennsylvania. Must have your own equipment to be considered for this remote opportunity. Equipment will not be provided. Customers will call in to renew subscriptions, order new products, or with billing or shipping questions. Each rep will have a list of customers who haven't purchased lately that need to be contacted. An enthusiasm for high-quality customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fast learner and able to use initiative in an often fast-paced environment . Calm and collected when dealing with multiple priorities.
