Remote IT Help Desk Analyst 1 year plus contract possible right to hire for an IT Help Desk Specialist ??? providing IT support for Hardware, Software, Networks, Linux Servers, hardware and mobile devices. Requirements: All work is being done REMOTELY - Candidates need to have high speed internet. Candidates must have 2-4 years IT help desk experience. AAS Degree or A+, Net + certification. Hours the help desk covers: 6am-10pm - after training candidates are assigned a 4, 10-hour shift to include one weekend day (ex. Sun-Wed or similar shift).
