An employer in central NJ is looking to add to their UC team. This person will be working in a complex, ambiguous environment supporting all of the organizations Cisco Voice Telephony services. This resource will coordinate with business IT and non-technical business partners to gather, create and develop technical requirements that will further enhance the Unified Communications team. Lastly this person should have proven experience working independently, empowering others and experience working in a global setting. Minimum Requirements • Experience troubleshooting, developing and deploying Contact Center technologies specifically, Genesys • Hands on experience and knowledge of third party dependencies such as network technologies (including L2/L3 LAN & network security), Voice communications protocols, Cloud based Voice services. • Design, configure and test Contact Centers (Genesys Pure Connect or Genesys Cloud) • Design, configure and test Cisco IPT, SIP Trunks, and...
