Organization Corporate What You Will Do Responsible for continually improving the organizations ability to attract, select, and retain highly qualified staff. Strives to decrease the amount of time to fill open positions, improve the quality of hires, and improve cost effectiveness. Understands the needs of clinical or non-clinical roles within the region and works closely with hiring managers to fill those roles with highly qualified candidates. Serves as a competent recruiting professional and ensures that job seekers have a positive candidate experience. Completes phone screenings on qualified candidates and effectively narrows the field of candidates in order to only present those who are highly qualified and the best fit.
