Responsibilities: • Design and execute customized search strategies across multiple functions, and partner closely with coordinators and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques • Deliver high quality, shortlists • Attend candidate interviews, briefings, status updates • High-quality adherence to the information and knowledge management system and process • Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes • Ability to maintain a high level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity.
