Title: Loan Officer / Senior Originator (Remote) Job Overview: Builder Finance Inc. ("BFI") is the growing lender to builders and investors for houses and multi-unit residential. Launched in 2014, BFI has been an active lender throughout Covid and now boasts multiple residential lending programs that are available coast-to-coast. BFI is looking to hire an experienced originator. The ideal candidate is motivated and could hit the ground running, quickly becoming fluent in BFI's programs and closing new clients. The position will come with junior underwriting support as well as staff to facilitate valuations, closing, servicing, and other support tasks. That said, the successful hire will take ownership of executing his/her deals and fully accept responsibility for mistakes and problems.
