This is a long-term year over year contract with a large Spokane Employer. This role is currently remote but will transition back to the office post COVID. SUMMARY- The Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users and must be able to effectively prioritize tasks and resolve issues as they arise. The Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing hardware/software service and support to end users via phone, e-mail, voicemail, IM, and in-person interaction.
