Live Oak real estate development services/looking for a Graphic Designer,

If you are right for this role, you are someone who pays attention to detail, holds yourself to a very high standard, and is always looking for ways to learn and improve.
RESPONSIBILITIESUse the Adobe Suite and Sketch to design customer marketing materials, such as new feature and product launches, customer summit materials, training videos, newsletters, and more.Help strategist brand exploration and development with the Art Director and design teamProactively seek feedback and ask questions to deliver the best final products possibleManage time and projects efficientlyFollow brand style to create high quality, on-brand work
REQUIREMENTS1-3 years professional design experience. Tech experience is a plus.Graphic Design or similar degree is a plus but not required if portfolio speaks for itself.Must include a portfolio with application. Must be proficient in Adobe suite and Sketch.Must have a good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and design trends.Must be able to communicate well—in person with team members and through design.Must be open to feedback, and able/willing to discuss changes in a humble and constructive way.Must have a good attitude. Some projects will be a blast and others will be more plug-and-chug. That’s just part of the job.Must work well in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, ownership, and focus.
