Regional Human Resources Director Assists in planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of Human Resources Management in such a manner as to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees and compliance with all Post Acute Medical (PAM) policies and procedures and legal aspects of employee/employer relationships. Serves as a resource to members of management and other employees. Coordinates recruitment needs of staff for assigned facilities. Oversees the management of Human Resources for all system facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. This is an exempt position. Travel is required.
