JOB SUMMARY The Technical Readiness Analyst (TRA) is responsible for working with current and future clients during the Technical Readiness phase of the project, preparing them to move into the Technical Delivery phase of the project. This includes analysis of technical prerequisites within the client and Intradiem environments and proactively driving internal and external resources to complete those prerequisites in a timely manner. The technical prerequisites include documentation, licensing, network and security, software, and/or hardware. The TRA will also act as the customer-facing, technical point of contact throughout the Technical Readiness phase of the project.
