Job Description Overview The Compensation Analyst supports the Corporate Support Center and Distribution Center Compensation team in market pricing, modeling and data maintenance in Workday. They are the primary partner for several subsidiary businesses and will advise of job leveling, base pay administration, new hire and promotional compensation, recognition, short and long-term incentive plans, retention, and other compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst also supports annual compensation planning and overall compensation policy and communications.
