Job Purpose The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and building upon existing and newly designated business relationships with Company clients. Responsibilities Assignment Intake – Confirming of all incoming Client assignments and the subsequent collaboration with Operations Managers in assignment handling. Client Communication – Responsible for all communication on assignments for designated Accounts, including but not limited to delivery of case updates, reports, and invoices. Account Management – Conducting face to face visits with designated accounts, attending and participating in sales presentations and education seminars. Business Development – Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, attend and exhibit at industry related conferences and identify prospective prospects to assist with the sales teams’ efforts.
