What you will do

Sensormatic Solutions, the leader in Loss Prevention, Inventory, and Shopper Engagement Solutions is looking for a leader for Services Solutions Management. The Global SaaS Solutions Manager will oversee Solutions / Product Management across Sensormatic product lines globally. He/She will focus on creating and implementing subscription-based revenue models and become a specialist in the Sensormatic Solutions portfolio and maintain a view on the trends of emerging technology within the retail space.  The primary focus will be transitioning single transaction type scenarios to reoccurring revenue models. Responsibilities include but not limited to gathering requirements from regional sales, operations, and customer engagement resources to assist in shaping our development strategy. Also collaborating with numerous internal partners to understand the current market trends within each region.  This position is responsible for assisting regional sales and business development teams with commercial engagements, training sales engineering, and subject matter specialists. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology and innovation and will be excited to apply this knowledge in retail environments and will be driving force behind our results-oriented development plans.  As a SaaS Solutions professional, you will be a critical part of Sensormatic and responsible for service definition, service automation, enabling solutions for operations readiness, providing presales, and deliver support by providing tools and processes for the service lifecycle. You will define the SaaS solutions product portfolio and make the difficult, high-judgment trade-offs between features and time to market. You will partner with the leaders of the organization to ensure the developer experience, and delivery model is scalable, resilient, and cost efficient to delight our customers. 

How you will do it

Responsible for developing business cases, market requirements, and product definitions through a diligent “outside-in” Voice of Market and Voice of Customer approach. Develop SaaS performance metrics to increase solution consumption, retention, profitable revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Participate in activities associated with all product and service solutions to ensure high-impact business case development and successful market launches. Work with other functional areas of the company, including sales, marketing, operations, and legal to collaborate on new products, product improvements, and product-service bundles. Collaborate with Sensormatic Solutions Marketing, Business Development, and Sales organization to better understand customer needs and provide product mentorship to move to just in time fulfillment strategies. Develop ongoing partnerships with IT, Sourcing, vendor management, and individual department managers to lead and increase ROI, efficiency, and agility.  Planning – accurately scopes the length and difficulty of tasks and projects to set priorities and goals.  Help partners find the most effective tools and strategies to increase solution business relevance to our customer base. Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms to identify product partnerships and teamwork opportunities to increase reoccurring or subscription revenue opportunities for Sensormatic. 

*This person can sit anywhere in the United States and is 100% remote with potential 5-10% travel annually*

What we look for
Required

Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field. MBA preferred.  Five (5) years’ experience in product management. Enterprise infrastructure hardware product management is a plus. Consistent track record demonstrating success with domestic and global technology partners. Solid understanding of product life cycles, SaaS models, pricing, ROI models, positioning, bundling, and packaging. Understands the integration challenges between software and hardware. Broad experience with various enterprise infrastructure technologies such as wireless/wired networking technology, RFID technologies, multi-sensor networking hardware and software, remote monitoring and management methodologies, and distributed enterprise software. Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Intelligence (i.e. technologies, adoption, competitors) market awareness highly preferred.  Knowledge in global product development, product management, agile development, and product marketing processes. Technical aptitude, particularly with IP based related product and software systems and services. Ability to empower and rally individuals and cross-functional teams within the organization. Significant experience working with various internal and external constituents – customers, analysts, partners etc. The ideal person will be collaborative, highly motivated, flexible, and hardworking!
