Are you awesome on the phone? Are you great at connecting with people? Want to share in the excitement and financial upside of chasing and closing real estate deals?

We are hiring a work-from-home, part-time Purchasing Coordinator for our real estate investing business! 

As our purchasing coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to respond each weekday to new inbound leads from prospective property sellers and serve as the main point-of-contact between these sellers and our business throughout the transaction process. This position requires someone who has a few hours of afternoon availability each weekday.   • Responding to leads from motivated sellers via phone, text, and email.
  • Presenting offers, negotiating, and closing deals over the phone with sellers.
  • Following up routinely with sellers whose property sales are pending and with cold leads.
  • Making and maintaining detailed records of all interactions with sellers in our CRM.
  • Participating in weekly training meetings where we review your performance and help you to succeed.

As you get more experienced, you will likely have the opportunity to expand your role to include managing other aspects of our business, including oversight of due diligence items, interfacing with title companies and realtors, making occasional cold calls to property owners, and performing other one-off items. 


  • You are AMAZING ON THE PHONE and AMAZING WITH PEOPLE. Being a “people person” is an absolute must for this position. We’re looking for someone who can build rapport with sellers over the phone and make them feel comfortable doing business with you and our company. You should be an excellent communicator with a warm, upbeat, and friendly personality. This position is absolutely not for you if you are low-energy or shy away from the thought of doing business over the phone.
  • You are DETAIL-ORIENTED and ORGANIZED. This position requires you to efficiently manage tasks and requires you to stay on top of a lot of details.
  • You have PROFESSIONALISM and HIGH-INTEGRITY. In this position, you will be the face of our company to sellers, so you should have a high level of professional maturity.
  • You have a WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND ACCEPT FEEDBACK. You must be ready and willing to take feedback on your phone skills and job performance.
  • You are comfortable with technology. You will be working across several different tech platforms in this position and should have a basic level of comfort with technology.

Experience in real estate is NOT required. We will teach you what you need to know and provide you with the necessary support and training to succeed in this role. 


This position requires a few hours of availability each weekday to act on that day’s inbound leads and outstanding tasks. Workload will vary day-to-day depending on that day’s inbound lead volume and number of tasks outstanding but will typically be 1-3 hours per day. Because most inbound leads arrive in the afternoon (12-4pm ET), much of the workload this position requires will be in the afternoon so that leads can be responded to on the same day they arrive. Our goal is to provide a same-day response to all inbound leads that arrive before 4pm eastern time, so some availability to make calls to leads that arrive through that time will be required.

This position requires you to have a computer and smartphone to work from. We will provide the necessary apps and phone numbers for your work. You should also have a quiet place with a reliable high-speed internet connection that you can make calls from and work on your computer from. 


The compensation target for this position is $30 - $50 per hour. Compensation will be a combination of a base hourly rate and bonus pay for each successful transaction you manage.
