Position Overview :
The part-time Program Administrator assists in the day-to-day functioning of the organization with a variety of administrative tasks and customer service support. The Program Administrator reports to the Administrative Manager. This is an hourly position that is primarily work-from-home, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Fairfax, VA.
Who We Are:
We are a local small business that helps elementary schools run their before and after school enrichment programs. Our goal is to bring quality enrichment programs to Washington DC-area schools while removing the burden from dedicated PTA volunteers. Enrichment Matters serves elementary schools in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, and Montgomery Counties.

This Job Is ...
  • Administrative work. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate information in database systems and spreadsheets, pulling reports, managing the company website, tracking compliance documentation, creating payment statements and various tasks to help support account management staff. Majority of these duties can be performed at flexible times while meeting deadlines.
  • Customer Service. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email correspondence and phone calls with families, school representatives and vendors. You must be reliably available at certain times of the day to answer or check voicemails, direct messages and emails from our general inbox to members of our team.
  • Please note - This position is not ideal for someone who already has another part time or full time role
Your Qualifications & Skills:
  • You Have:
    • Speed and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, data entry and database management
    • Excellent customer-service skills; both by phone and email
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Competency in website management
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficiency in using Zoom
  • You (Might) Have:
    • Experience with navigating Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and/or experience with enrichment programs
Compensation and Benefits:
