Supply Chain Program Manager- REMOTE

As the Program Manager, provide program management leadership, expertise and assure effective delivery of multiple complex and related projects within Supply Chain IT. Specifically, the program management focus will be on the Integrated Supply Chain & Order to Cash portfolio. The program manager incumbent will be solely responsible for the setup of a program management structure, in accordance with industry best practices and frameworks, the program team, underpinning project teams and resources. Define program outcomes, project scope, schedules, cost, and oversee program governance, quality control, throughout the program life cycle. You will oversee root cause analysis and ensure learning's are shared across the organization to enable higher productivity. The program manager incumbent will deploy standardized work, program management governance and structure, governance, and tools to enable consistent, high quality, iterative execution of the underpinning and multiple related projects. You will provide leadership in improving IT processes in the IT PPM tool.
Key Responsibilities
Provide program management expertise and assure effective delivery of multiple complex and related projects, ensuring both schedule and budget fidelity Oversee multiple related IT based projects in a coordinated manner, manage budgets and resource plans, and identify and resolve conflicts and dependencies between projects, resources, benefits realization, IT goals, as well as manage Risk, Issues, track dependencies and key decision which transcend the overall program Deploy standardized work, program management best practices, governance models and tools to enable consistent, high quality, iterative project management style execution of program underpinning IT projects across the Enterprise Ensure program and project learnings are shared across the organization to enable higher productivity Manage IT stakeholder expectations by demonstrating and communicating key program and project key performance indicators and metrics for improved effectiveness on a periodic basis Effectively manage overall program and underpinning project financials, including purchase orders, internal labor, capital/expense breakdown, actuals, and accurate monthly forecasting to minimize cost variance, schedule variance, cost performance index, schedule performance index and earned value management Establish an understanding of the overall IT portfolio, working closely with peers to ensure end to end accountability Develop, own, and manage Program schedules (MS Project); Status Reporting; Communications Plans, managing program financials and KPIs, etc.

This is a Direct Hire position- with a salary of $150,000 - $165,000 plus 5-15% bonus- the ideal candidate is located within a few hours of Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA , Houston TX or Phoenix AZ role is primarily remote-
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years in Supply Chain experience
  • 5-7 years of experience with preferred PMP/PgMP (min) credential
  • 12+ years of IT experience (prefer 15+)
  • 3-5 year running transformation programs of high complexity across multiple industries
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT/Business Transformational Programs with at least 3 years focused on one Integrated Supply Chain area: Logistics; Planning; Sourcing; Manufacturing; or Order to Cash
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing program and projects financials and metrics, including purchase orders, internal labor, capital/expense breakdown, actuals, and accurate monthly forecasting to minimize cost variance
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT/Business Transformation projects using iterative, agile, waterfall concepts, and industry best practices and tools
  • 1-2 years (min) experience with Kinaxis RR leading or part of deployment
  • Experience managing complex IT/Business programs and underpinning projects involving Supply Chain Planning and/or ERP applications; APICS cert nice to have
  • PMP/PgMP certification preferred; strongly favor PgMP
  • 2-4 years of Change Management leading or instrumental in adoption methodologies
  • Strong leadership, proven program management and change management skills
  • Ability to mentor project managers on standard tools, practices and program management standards
  • Deep understanding of program management governance, building benefits realization plans, stakeholder management practices, strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity and ambiguity
  • Drive "fast and right " results in matrixed environment
