Global Director L&D, PM, and QA - Remote

Can you drive progressive learning strategies, and act as a consultant to leaders while supporting and developing talent? We are looking for a high energy L&D leader with a consultative approach while executing on project management deliverables and leading a team of QA leaders. We are a focused global HR function who collaborate to accelerate capabilities in Cartus' business and our employees by transforming our talent, leadership, culture, and organization.

The Global Director of Learning & Development, Project Management, and QA is responsible for directly leading three specific businesses within the Cartus Organization:Learning & Development, Global Projects, andQuality Assurance.

Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Build, launch, and grow the adoption of new and innovative learning solutions for assigned teams
  • Identify and create training to support the success of our employee teams
  • Assess, develop and implement best in class learning solutions
  • Enhance existing and deploy new learning programs that are aligned to our business strategy
  • Responsible for sourcing and evaluating technology based solutions and partnerships to enhance the learning experience
  • Work closely with senior business leaders to develop and deploy learning strategies to quickly onboard, fully develop and retain talent
  • Lead multi-functional teams focused on learning & development, project management and quality assurance
    1. Learning & Development Team. Drives the organization'slearning strategy. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new learning opportunities (content, approach, etc.) and developing and launching programs incorporating current best practices.The successful candidate will bring a high level of expertise in the areas of building contemporary learning curriculums, adult learning strategies, mobile learning solutions, organizational development and overall strategic planning
    2. Global Projects Team. Facilitates thedevelopment and deployment for global projects team, which manages projects from many areas of Cartus, in addition to providing support and maintenance for many of Cartus proprietaryapplications such as ATLAS, DGS, Fee Calculator, ACP Security, COL Support, and MovePro 360
    3. Quality Assurance Group.The Global Projects team also includes the Quality Assurance group, which works with various businesses to create, manage, and analyze both client and internal surveys'

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; advanced degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in design of learning curriculum, implementation and delivery of national learning programs and platforms
  • A minimum of 5 years leadership experience in L&D
  • A minimum of 5 years leadership experience in Organization Development
  • Strong process thinking and project management skills
  • Ability to clearly represent ideas and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and clearly articulate results
  • Highly proficient communication skills - verbal, written and platform
  • Results oriented
  • Strong financial acumen; must be fully proficient in understanding financial implications of decisions, return on investment, and budget management
  • Ability to interact and work closely with a remote team
  • Exceptional listening skills, combined with collaborative customer service and interpersonal skills
