Overview:

Virtual Classroom hosts (Remote - Part time ) will facilitate the operation of the Endeavor Flight Operations Training Virtual Classroom. This role is crucial in the logistical setup, operation, execution, and documentation; while supporting the qualified instructor. They will assist in facilitation of classroom training and testing for new and current pilots.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Flight Operations Training Virtual Classroom.
Coordinate with the instructor of each class to send out WebEx invites appropriately.
Host the class to include but not limited to all attendance requirements, polling, sharing of content, and electronic testing components.
Help solve technological issues that arise within the Virtual Classroom.
Assist the qualified instructor as applicable.
Ensure each virtual class is conducted in accordance with the Endeavor Air AQP Flight Operations Training Manual (AFOTM).
Coordinate with Flight Operations Training Management as necessary.
Prepare and maintain accurate, error-free training records and documentation.
Ensure each virtual class is conducted with a professional standard of conduct.
Participate in the development and presentation of any special department or company training efforts, as assigned by Flight Operations Training Management.
Maintain a personal appearance, conduct and demeanor consistent with the professional, customer-oriented manner expected of flight training personnel.
Computer work, in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience with Cisco WebEx preferred.
PC proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and general internet applications.
Previous airline, aviation, or classroom teaching experience preferred.
Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work.
Analytical, interpretive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization
Ability to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not in excess of 30 lbs.
