**WORK FROM HOME POSITION.**
**Immediate hiring for Customer service role.**
This is a position handling inbound calls from policy owners, significant others, etc. home have a need to change their information. It may be taking out a loan, changing information, data entry, etc. Some of these calls may be escalated because it is dealing with such sensitive information. Calls are not scripted so must be capable of guiding a call and problem solving. Tougher dept. because they are trained on multiple business lines.
Shift is cna fall between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
