With moderate supervision, provides support to the Loan Officers by obtaining the necessary documents in determining a member's creditworthiness for funding real estate loans. Request title searches, legal work, and appraisals. Maintain accurate records of insurance on real-estate loans. Provide information to the Loan Officer according to all credit union policies and procedures and Federal and State regulations.
HS diploma and minimum of two (2) years mortgage processing experience.
