Job Description

Immediate hiring for Customer service position.

**Position:** Customer Service Rep

**Pay rate:** $14/hr (50 cent - $1 raise upon being

converted to a permanent employee)


**Estimated Start Date:** April

**Duration:** 5 month


**Shift:** M-F a shift

between 8:00am - 8:00pm

**Training:** 4 to 6 weeks; M-F 8am - 5pm ((no time off allowed during training)

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Inbound customer service calls regarding **annuities, investments and life insurance policies**

+ This is a position handling 40-60 inbound calls from policy owners, significant others, etc. who have a need to change their information.

+ Calls will vary from taking out a loan, changing information, changing beneficiaries, etc.

+ Must be able to build rapport over the phone with customers.

+ Data entry and multi-tasking on dual-screen monitors.


+ At least 1-2 years customer service experience

+ Knowledge of annuities/investments

+ Strong job tenure (1-2 years in a position within the past 5 years)

+ Great communication skills and strong computer skills

+ Must pass typing and internet testing

+ High school diploma/GED
