The Servicing System Administrator is responsible for performing various MSP, Passport, Director, LoanSphere Foreclosure and Bankruptcy, and LoanSphere Invoice Management functions. These functions include maintaining security templates and group administration, supporting ODDS and external outs, test region management, passport queries, MSP reports, and general system support and analysis.*This position is remote, and candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.**Eligible for Scorecard Bonus***Salary range: $61,700.00 - $116,752.00 ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of job duties and the position will perform other duties as assigned.Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade activities for PC systemsAssist in Black Knight initiativesAct as support liaison between PenFed and Black KnightOwnership of ODDS and EDI interchanges, EOD/EOM/EOY processing, mass trans and Go BOOK functionsCreate and maintain system tools that improve the end user experience such as indicator buttons, snapshots and task queuesComplete assigned Black Knight requests within established SLAMaintain and Audit user access and templatesMonitor system performance and advisoriesDevelop an understanding of business processesIncumbent will be responsible for meeting PenFed's commitment to complianceUpdate Policies and Procedures as neededSupport the implementation and post-implementation of business process changes in production.Gain department functional knowledge as it relates to business processes in order to capitalize on system enhancements designed to improve workflow.Manage intake and configurations for OLLW directly with letter librarian.
