It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taymark, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the execution and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute and analyze campaigns that support company and brand objectives. The ideal candidate will use fact-based analysis and diagnostic techniques to drive optimization of strategies, linking those learnings back to actionable tactics, in an ongoing testing and learning environment. Shift AvailableMonday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. flexibleYour Responsibilities:Manage the websites overall content for relevance, data integrity and search optimization.Develop a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company and brands overall goals.Manage relationships with third party vendors and internal partners who provide digital marketing and content services.Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams and provide recommendations to improve overall online customer experience and conversion rates.Collaborate with the design and IT teams to provide recommendations for an improved user experience.Stay abreast with ecommerce best practices and bring forth new ideas and opportunities based upon strategic organizational objectives.Develop and maintain reporting for campaign analytics including promotions effectiveness and test results.Understand and adhere to all media and marketing legal and compliance measures.Analyze overall performance and report findings and insights to management team and team members.You Must Have:2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or direct marketing including website/CMS managementCollege degree in Business, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related fieldCreative capacityAnalytical skills including familiarity with Google Analytics or similar platformProject management skills and the ability to move a project to completionStrong sense of ownership and initiativePositive, flexible attitude and excellent teamwork skillsComfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapts well to new technologyTaylor is proud to now offer Daily Pay.
