The GRS Advanced Analytics Hub is looking to hire a Principal Engineer with the desire continuously learn the latest in emerging technologies. As part of the Innovation team, you will pair with Data Scientists as they build Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models. A background in or strong desire to learn MLOps is required. A qualified candidate will have the opportunity engineer Machine Learning and Labeling pipelines.
Projects may include: Computer vision technology to determine if a weather event impacted an insured location. Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) to scan emails, route submissions, and create policy writing instructions. Build full stack applications that interact with AM/ML models to gather inputs, trigger execution, and visualize the output.

3-5+ years of professional experience:
Experience working in an agile environment
CI/CD practices, DevOps, MLOps Principles
Experience with functional and system integration testing
Labeling pipelines: AWS GroundTruth, Via, Prodigy
Machine learning pipelines: MLFlow, AWS Sagemaker, Azure Machine Learning, Luigi, Google AI Platform
ML and automation tasks: Python (R/JS/Java)
Service Architecture: Microservices, Rest APIs, JSON, Swagger
AWS Native: Lambda, CDK, S3, Dynamo, Step Functions, Event Bridge
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
