Inside Sales Virtual Recruiter Remote Recruiter

International Search Consultants ( ) is growing!

We are seeking to add an experienced inside sales pro OR experienced executive recruiter to work as a virtual Executive Recruiter with our team.

This is a sub-contractor, straight commission, 1099 position.

While we would love an experienced recruiter, we are also willing to train someone that has a solid background in sales.

This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with high caliber recruiters, teaching you how to work in this amazing field.

Executive Recruiter Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of executive recruiting OR inside sales experience
  • Proficient in targeting both passive and active candidates
  • Experience with utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, cold calling, and other research methods
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and planning skills
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast paced environment

Here s the basics:

  • We have two positions available....Executive Recruiter and Researcher positions:
    • Straight Recruitment Recruiting candidates for existing clients
  • Identifying, and delivering qualified candidates, managing the interview process, candidate and client prep, and offer negotiations
  • Long sales cycle must realistically be able to handle an average of 6-8 weeks without your first paycheck; after that, if you consistently add to your pipeline, payments can be pretty consistent, however nothing changes the fact that this is a straight commission role

Researcher Role:

This is for someone that has a solid background in SALES, but has not recruited before. You will be partnering with an experienced recruiter, who will be providing a list to call. You will be tasked with calling potential candidates,
