Title: Change Implementation Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 24 Months Job Description: This role is responsible for leading client transitions, including designing, building, and implementing of the new Wells One Expense manager product. Duties Include: Research clients' current use of the Commercial Card Expense Reporting service and define proposed program design within WellsOne Expense Manager. Engage with clients through kickoff, and ongoing meetings, to review and define program setup requirements. Complete program setups within WellsOne Expense Manager. Lead clients through walkthroughs of their individual program setups within WellsOne Expense Manager and facilitate client training. Support clients as they launch their program within WellsOne Expense Manager and provide post launch support through the clients first billing cycle, ensuring program setup meets the client requirements.
