Position: Content Developer e-Learning Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Pay Rate: $60 to $70/hr Description of Position Collaborates with the Learning Experience Architect, Learning Designer and client facing learning professionals to develop engaging, efficient and effective Learning Experiences based on Blueprint and detailed designs to meet stated business outcomes. Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) and learners applying learner centric experience design methods (Agile, Design thinking, focus groups, UX research) to curate and/or develop content to develop learning assets identified in the blueprint and learning solution design. Develops learning solutions based on deep understanding of enterprise and business unit internal trends, learners, organizational culture, personas, mindset and skills, and internal limits including change tolerance, leader availability, learner attention/absorption, incentives, information, tools/resources....
