JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: This position's primary responsibility relates to collaborating with stakeholders and supporting TeamHealth's various service lines and software systems in facility credentialing. Providing high level customer support with independent judgement, strong problem solving and communication skills is essential. This role serves as a subject matter expert working with minimal direct supervision to support business processes, field associates and stakeholders. In addition, this position provides support during mission-critical efforts, such as mergers and acquisitions, contract start-ups, regulatory changes requiring immediate action and disaster responsiveness. This position supports risk, compliance, legal and malpractice to ensure compliance with TeamHealth policies and procedures along with client, state and federal regulatory requirements.
