As an Assistant Designer, you will work closely with our design, real estate, and construction team supporting them in various aspects of the new center's projects. Your role will involve assisting in coordinating site visits for Architects, assisting Architects in creating and development of architectural and structural designs, reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting research for new design and value engineering initiatives, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on design floorplans that meet both operations flow, functionality, cost effectiveness, and brand standards.
