Overview: This Second Line of Defense role is responsible for assessment and oversight of risks taken by the Bank at an advanced level of ability. Oversees First Line of Defense activities through review and challenge of control testing, monitoring and oversight of deficiencies and associated action plans. Provides consultation, and support for risk management techniques, practices, and procedures that protect the Bank from loss or exposure.
