Description Under the direction of an Application Director the Application Manager will: * manage the team that performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications * oversee and is responsible for ensuring the team designs, builds, tests, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line * achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application * work with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests Applications Supported: Tapestry and other related software in support of Medicare advantage health plan administration.
