Job Description In this Customer CARE Specialist 2 role, you will be the voice of Nordstrom and/or Nordstrom Rack, fielding real-time calls in a virtual, call center environment from customers across the country. The ideal Customer CARE Specialist is caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service to all our customers.
