In this role, you will support the rollout of improvement solutions across the company via managing a team of documentation specialists who create high-quality training documents (e.g., process documentation, job aids, standard operating procedures) for the Lakeshore team. The position also requires developing comprehensive training materials to fully realize the benefits of myriad continuous improvement projects across the business, including creating materials to efficiently train and integrate new users in all business functions. Applicants should be quick learners with excellent people and communication skills. The ideal candidate also is familiar with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
